central stay
tube station river cruise walk promenade
the hotel is very close to two tube stations it is just over the bridge from big ben (elizabeth tower). accessing a river cruise is easy. the queen's walk promenade is nearby too.
the complimentary water was only provided on the first day i stayed. i stayed multiple nights it felt unnecessarily restrictive given the minimal cost. the breakfast buffet staff were also not particularly attentive.

different room unnecessary stress
the hotel offered a great breakfast (the pastries were quite good).
i encountered a disappointing situation upon arrival. it took some time and effort to get the issue resolved and be moved to the room type i had originally reserved. this caused unnecessary stress and a delay in settling in.

superb stay, flawless experience
convenient location really good politeness
i found the hotel's location convenient. it allowed easy access to key attractions and public transport links. my room offered a fantastic view, a definite bonus. the staff displayed really good politeness and attentiveness throughout my stay.
the breakfast selection did not quite meet expectations considering the price. i found the variety limited, and some items lacked the quality i anticipated. a wider range of choices would enhance the breakfast experience.

The staff provided prompt assistance and addressed requests efficiently. i noticed the reception desk always had multiple staff members available. their friendly demeanor contributed positively to the overall atmosphere. They were amazing!!!

My superior double room included two comfortable armchairs and a work desk. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. complimentary toiletries were provided. They added to the room's appeal.

The fitness center included a range of modern equipment. i saw several treadmills and weight machines. the indoor swimming pool was well-kept. It offered a great option for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.

friendly staff tasty food empty shower-gel high fee
i found the staff to be very friendly and engaged. they interacted well with children, a nice touch. my pasta and veggies arrived hot and tasty from room service.. it was quick too.
the room lacked shampoo. the shower gel was empty, and there were no slippers or dental amenities until i requested them. also, when i ordered french fries late at night, they charged me a £5 delivery fee, more expensive than the fries themselves.

The location is really central. It made accessing attractions easy. My room had complimentary chocolates. Hotel staff was generally helpful.
My room felt slightly dim. I recommend a brighter room.
